Thank Steve Harvey for ruining another radio station.

He comes into the Beat and all of a sudden they change the format to fit his liking. It becomes an R&B Station. Julio G is gone and then Steve Harvey leaves. KDay comes out, they get Julio G, the Baka Boys, others. Everyone's happy. Steve Harvey gets a job at KDay and what happens? Format changes again! Now it's mostly R&B whenever I tune in. Why? Because of Steve Harvey. Now there's no room for Julio G. So he bounces out again.

Fuck Steve Harvey.

I know I noticed it's mostly r'n'b when I turn it on now too, it sucks for show! They still have julio g's bio or whatever up on their website too,lol. I can't wait for westside radio.

They should just sell the station to Greg Mack and his radio business partners. He's told me before that he would love to run K-DAY again and turn it back in to the legendary station that it once was. He could do it too!

Except from Greg's interview on Raptalk:

Styles: Greg, if you were to come in right now, lets just say that KDAY said “Come on back, this is your Ship. You‘ve got the keys to the car. You do whatever the hell you want!” What would you do right now? If you were to walk in the door and be like “We are doing this! We aren’t doing this!”…..How would you run it?

Greg: I would take it to the street! I would have an open door policy, immediately!  

Styles: You are referring to an open door policy to artists?

Greg: To anybody that puts a record out. I would see anybody that puts a record out. You don’t have to pay us anything, we don’t take Payola. I would just start hitting all of the schools again. Get another whole crew of local artists, that aren’t getting any kind of love, and start taking them to the schools again. We would start doing things in all of the different hoods again. I would do it just like I did before and I would keep on doing it. I would create a whole new sound in Radio that you have never heard in your life.

Steve harvey does fuck up the radio station though.. I cant stand listening to his big head and big mouth.. force feeding his ideas to everyone..  Julio G is the man.. I remember when Theo used to be the shit.. now hes just a wanna be of his old self..  wack shit!!
