I'll have to go w/ AZ, but 40 is sick as fuck too.

Think about how unique 40 is - he's almost impossible to rap along to, his flow is just crazy but it works.  And then how can you talk about him without mentioning his slang?  The guy is bitten more than the average cat knows.  Really original dude.  I guess my only knock is his later work is sometimes hard to digest for an entire album.  Hyphy in particular.

I still pick AZ though, because he is a straight MC.  His flow is always air tight on beat, and he's completely insane with the multi's.  "Rather Unique" is completely mindblowing lyrically, his opening verse on "Life's a Bitch" is arguably one of the greatest ever and he is still making great albums today.

I find you cant even compare its 2 style that are so opposite.

I voted Az just because he has sick rhymes but e-40 has such a fucked up flow its so cool.

Altho one could agree e-4o i think dropped more albums and probably even sold more records then Az.

Pretty much, I'm a fan of both artists, but their styles are waayyyy different. I have a lot more of 40's albums and think he has had a better career, but AZ is dope, so it depends on what mood I'm in.
