Unfortunately this really sucks. Joell is talented as hell but is anyone really suprised at it?? These labels better do something quick to get out the fuckin hole they in before the whole industry falls apart completely.

I knew that shit was coming, Joell just doesn't have that aftermath sound, hopefully he finds a label that lets him  be himself

Not Surprised one bit.
I mean If Aftermath couldn't produce an album for Rakim and let that fall through..
no offence but whose Joel Ortiz compared to that.

That being said, FUCK Interscope/Aftermath for Killing this artform by putting Mc's on Ice.
That's all they do, is hold an MC until they are luke warm and then release them once their buzz is dead.
kinda reminds me of a Sport's team making a trade for a Player just so they don't have face them in a Playoff game.

damn I didn't hear about Joell getting dropped, that sucks, but yeah he really didn't have much of that Aftermath sound

first Gage, now Joell, hopefully Bishop ain't next, cuz I'm really startin' to feel his music more and have been listening to him more lately
