I couldn't care what people call me where I live. My neighborhood is very diverse. We got every race livin here. The beautiful thing about it is there is no racism.

Me and my friends call eachother names for fun though. They call me by "nigga" every once in awhile. I call my asian friend "squinty eyed bastard" and it goes on. We do it in fun, not hatred for eachother.

IN MY OPINION THERE ISNT MUCH RACISM BETWEEN WHITE AND BLACK PEOPLE IN THE N/W............ITS MAINLY WHITES AND ASIANS.......SPECIALLY OLDHAM AT THE MOMENT

I grew up till I was like 11 in a mostly black hood(De Renne, Savannah, SOG, but proud of it)...So I'm comfortable saying nigga...But niggER, like he said, is the bad one...

I basically stopped using any "racist" terms bar wigga in public after a cop told me off when I was on a public phone...=)

Nigga is a positive, if we cut out all "ignorant" words, we'd get rid of half the language our heroes use...=)

I think that one of the major achievements of hip hop is to take a word that was used as an insult towards blacks and totally changed the common meaning of the word into a greeting.

  It's like it changed over the yearz.... to me the word "Nigga" is more of a Hip Hop thing nowadayz.

  I don't say Nigga cuz to me it still is a black thing... I'm Mexican and to me, saying "Nigga" around my people they'd be like "what?"

  I see what you are all sayin about a White guy being able to say "Nigga" if he grew up in tha hood with black guys... and I agree but then again... he could probably only get away with sayin it in THE hood he grew up in with the black guys he grew up with.... cuz if he steps in another hood and he's like "wussup nigga?".... the black guys would be like "who'z this white boy?"

 Nigga and Nigger are two different things in my opinion though...

I live in Toronto and if u don`t already know, its very diverse. Theres no racism here, me and my friends will call each other names and shit but its in fun, we don`t really mean it and as long as everyone knows it no one gets angry.
