Jay-Z called Lupe Fiasco "the best songwriter" or something along those lines awhile back.  Nas made some flattering comments about Royce 5'9" not too long ago.  Hi-Tek is a big fan of Kurupt's music.  When Dubcnn interviewed N.O.R.E. he mentioned wanting to do a track with Crooked I in the near future.  Just Blaze also gave props to Crooked I in his blog last year.  Lupe cited Snoop as being one of his biggest influences which is why he wanted Snoop on his new album.  Bun B gives props to a lot of different people in his interviews.

Rapper the Game gave props to 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 Million People in his Rap songs, and many of them werent even rappers,
