Anyone heard of a French rapper called Moar?

I just stumbled across an album by him on emusic.com called 'Mes Influences'. It's excellent. Sounds like some classic 'golden age' East Coast hip-hop even though it was released last year. I can't find a thing about him online, so wondered if any of the Euro peeps here knew anything?
