So i know exactly what you are talking about it! There are some pretty darn good explanations and trick and tips provided by various members on here, that's amamzing!!
Not sure if it has to do with low-self esteem.Most folsk think it is,that may be hte 10-15 percentage,but i'm not sure it's the general consensus. I don't have low-self esteem, neither do i see or regard myself as the 'best' or anything related to that or bordering on egotism.
Though i will admit, i won't be the first to walk to meet and talk to someone!
I would need to know someone who knows that individual!

for you guys that are extroverted in nature, do you guys maintain eye contact??
because i don't, i've never been able to!
