Lol @ Omar's name being printed in bigger letters than Akon's. Doesn't really make sense now, does it? Although the show DOES take place in LA, so maybe that's why they decided to put Omar more on the forefront...

Anyway, thanks for the heads-up. Omar performing with the big boys now. Not really artists I respect, but still good in terms of giving Omar some exposure.

WOW ,what in the fuck was up with that show. I've been to near 100 shows, and this was the first no show for a headliner. People were waiting for over 5 hours for Weezy, I myself waited close to 4 hours. Started off with this band from Memphis, which was probably the best thing about the night. and then Omar Cruz came out and did a couple songs like Wal with my doggz and that game track, and then Glasses came out and did like one hunned and certified, and mack 10 did one or two songs.. keep in mind these sporadic 2 song performances were over a course of four hours. and then finally the security started kicking everyone out of the upper section, and moving everyone downstairs. I thought that weezy wasnt coming out cos the floor was pretty bare. It was already 2am and then when everyone got downstairs, some prety loud noises started goin off, and everyone just started runnin out the door. it was loud enough to hear over the music that the dj was playing, so it was pretty damn loud, but it didnt sound like a gunshot either, so im not exactly sure what happened... but yeah when driving away, I saw like 10 cop cars in the artist lot next to the tourbus, and then drove right by Suge Knight, in fact almost hit him as he was walkin out into the street. what a night... at least I got the ROOTS pre grammy jam session 08 tomorrow which will more than make up for this lackluster night.
