YES, YES, YES!  Devin's long awaited 2nd solo joint is finally targeted to drop August 4th on Rap-A-Lot Records.  I got thuis news from HitEmUp.com, it also said Dre handled most of the production!  WOW, I can't believe this man.  I heard Mel-Man also did a lot too.
