All those songs you named were from a whole diffrent era of music. When game came out he had a lot of peole on his corner (dre,50cent & so on) not saying that those songs we not good but he had a lot of help. I never said that this was going to be a hit single but it was going to give over a good buzz which it is. Omar next record has to be a good street,club,radio record for him to win. We will see.

Anyway, I should holler at LuLu or someone else from the B.Y.I. camp to see what's up with Sign Of The Cruz, but the way things are shaping up, I'd say they're aiming for a spring/summer release date.

A debut album from a West Coast artist due to come out in the summer season...it just can't get no better than that.

And by the way, the white guy with the glasses on was Tom Punanzio, CEO of Geffen records. That's proof right there that the label still got his back

Crafty can you ask BYI if there is going to be a video for this like Hang w/ my dogz? That would be dope to see cruz & game do a video showing the unity between brown & black instead of the bullshit that the media puts out there to make us look like animals.

Just watched this video. This shit is funny. Seams like game & cruz click pretty well. I think they should make a mixtape together with just them two & a couple of other west coast cats but not too many folks. What you'll think?

Just saw Omar Cruz "Hang w/ my dogz" video on mtv jams. That's real good since that wasnt even his single. Props to Cruz

Just got word back from Ever, over at B.Y.I.
He told me that the idea of shooting a video to "Gangsta Music" is up in the air right now, but most likely they will indeed shoot one.
As for a release date, like we expected, they're aiming for a spring/summer release.
