Immortal Technique on Ron Paul, Hillary, Obama, and others.- NEW UPDATE
virtuoso:
You know what, if government really gave a fuck and were not instead simply trying to mould puipils minds, they would be investing in giving every child the opportunity for home schooling.

--- Quote from: EXPOSEPONCESENT on February 24, 2008, 10:18:11 AM ---schools are a hard subject to deal with, I don't think anyone has the perfect answer or solution to that shit, its deep, an it definitely depends on the country your in an the social, ecomonic, racial dymanics of the country in relation to the system, that all contributes to it, but one think I do know is, in western countrys, like UK an USA for example, a lot of the shit, in schools in the inner city, especially over here in the UK, is due to intistutionalized racism in schools from the 60's an 70s, an closing down schools in inner city areas that were predominantly of colour under the previous goverment in the 80s, I know when talking about people of colour in inner city areas, thats a lot of the roots over here in the UK, true fucking stories
but I feel like Immortal is really trying to break down in a suttle way that Ron Paul isn't to be trusted, thats all, coming from a human being of colour perspective, meaning he talks a lot of good game on a lot of things, but just check his fruitcake views on the civil rights act, he's a republican for a reason, that shit ain't about fucking property rights, its about human beings of colour being protected by law from being treated as second class fucking citizens, even though we're still treated like shit now, but it would be a lot worse if it wasn't for that act, truss me on that
--- End quote ---
the civil rights act creates reverse discrimination in the long run

Now thats real talk.
Hes not in the republican party because there's discounts to nightclubs there, hes there because his views are in line with the party. He hates immigrants, and he doesnt want the same rights for blacks as whites have. He should practice what he preaches. All the rubbish he puts out isnt revolutionary whatsoever, hes just another cracker who strays in a weird way from the average republican, hes still a republican though, just remember that.

I disagree, it's a double think, we are combating racism with racism, we just won't call it racism, we will call it reverse discrimination. I am white but this is not about being white, it's about realising there is a bigger agenda here. The move towards this so called "equality" is actually something of a masquerade which empowered federal powers and created a precedent in which central government can dictate to any business. Racism will exist and will always exist, it exists on both sides, it exists between different ethnicities you do not combat it by introducing laws which are allow for racism to be redirected. This is just a continuous pattern, the problem is real enough but the solutions although masquerading as fair, actually target everyone.
Where do you think they are going with hate crime, first you target the hardcore racist violent groups and that's deemed to be reasonable but then the power is expanded to encompass "religious hatred" how do you define religious hatred? the word hate evokes such powerful images within the mind that it can be pretty much used to justify anything because the word itself, how do you define it? how can you possibly tell people they have the right to free speech and then take that away from them because it's "hateful". Impassioned free speech and protest is likely to cause offence that is after all the basic tenet of free speech. If you can't express yourself in a non violent way, then you have no freedom.
It's not the law per sa over here but I see a culture in which "diversity training" has become the buzz word. In other words we must hire more ethnic minorities and promote more, sounds reasonable but at the expense of white people? that's ridiculous. I have no qualms about blacks or asians being the majority of the work force if they are best people for the job but not owing to their skin colour. The quotas will soon come in to and the quotas will steadily rise. It's both patronising to ethnic minorities to be chosen in this manner and is equally racist. It goes back to the old adage of "well we will live never defeat terrorism, if we don't fight it" but it's a red herring. We will never defeat terrorism through war, we will never defeat racism with laws. In fact it is by making race such a prevalent issue that we actually provide the oxygen to discrimination, we make certain words illegal and thus give them more sting, we as in society are never going to defeat racism when we focus so much on racism.
Obama gives a fuck about black people, a fuck about white people, a fuck about hispanic people. His campaign has been funded massively by the fortune 500 companies, he is being heavily backed by lobbyists, his policies continue the needed framework for the major corporations to continue their stranglehold and tighten the throats of everyone else even more. It's actually pretty scary that black people are falling all over themselves to worship the ground he walks on when he represents and agrees with all of the neo liberal views which have sunk us so quickly into deep quick sand (GAT, WTO, NAFTA) etc. I think for all of Immortal Technique's "critical thinking" he seems to suffer from cognitive dissonance.
Outlaw Immortal:
Will with that been said, god bless you Ron Paul, send a hug and a kiss from me to that 3 year old girl you're deporting along with her 2 starving parents crying for a new life, back to mexico.
