Immortal Technique on Ron Paul, Hillary, Obama, and others.- NEW UPDATE
EXPOSEPONCESENT:
I always say it, but Immortal Technique is the fucking truth, truss me on that, thats a deep brother right there, truss, he's big, big him up everytime, he's a general, a latino Malcolm X, don't care what know one says, he's big, I ain't a revolutionary or anything, I'm a average brare(guy) out here, whose a bizness man, that will work a 9 to 5 not to built up no system, but to raise funds to get my own biznessess on an poppin, but a bizness man thats for the cause, truss, it ain't a whatless thing you know, get this money to better myself, better my familys situation, an better my human being peoples situation, worldwide, I'm a pan-africanist, truss me on that, but even still,
me and that Immortal brother are on the same fucking wavelength, I ain't saying I'm a revolutionary or soulja or anything, its just me and that brother see eye to eye on alot of things, true fucking stories, fuck the system, its nuthin, lets go
TraceOneInfinite:
Immortal Technique sounds hypocritical when he criticizes Ron Paul. He acts all secretive and says "people don't know Ron Paul's true agenda"...(oohhh scary!), and goes on to mention how Ron Paul ultimately wants to get rid of public (government) education.
So basically Immortal Technique wants to spend all his time complain about how people are uneducated and how they've been brainwashed by the government, and how people don't know their true history... and then he wants to turn around and criticize Ron Paul for wanting to get rid of the government school system? A lot of Immortal Technique's arguments are just an excess of verbal husk, and a load of complaints that can't be carried out to their logical conclusion.
Ron Paul wants parents to have options when sending their child to school. He doesn't want politicians like George Bush and John McCain coming in and standardizing all schools to teach the same information.
If schools were ran by the free market, rather than the government, they would be much more effective. It's like comparing the post office to UPS. The private schools could operate at a fraction of the cost as public schools, a student could learn much more, and do it all in half the time; because his education could be more focused and less "standardized".
virtuoso:
exactly and isn't this the same guy who says "fighting the system from inside eventually corrupts you but that's what you get for putting a corporation above you" he is angered at the system and admits that the system has to change individuals inside the system can't improve it and yet then criticises a move from government control.
Javier:
Immortal Technique would also be against Privatization of the School systems. It's not really surprising.
EXPOSEPONCESENT:
schools are a hard subject to deal with, I don't think anyone has the perfect answer or solution to that shit, its deep, an it definitely depends on the country your in an the social, ecomonic, racial dymanics of the country in relation to the system, that all contributes to it, but one think I do know is, in western countrys, like UK an USA for example, a lot of the shit, in schools in the inner city, especially over here in the UK, is due to intistutionalized racism in schools from the 60's an 70s, an closing down schools in inner city areas that were predominantly of colour under the previous goverment in the 80s, I know when talking about people of colour in inner city areas, thats a lot of the roots over here in the UK, true fucking stories
but I feel like Immortal is really trying to break down in a suttle way that Ron Paul isn't to be trusted, thats all, coming from a human being of colour perspective, meaning he talks a lot of good game on a lot of things, but just check his fruitcake views on the civil rights act, he's a republican for a reason, that shit ain't about fucking property rights, its about human beings of colour being protected by law from being treated as second class fucking citizens, even though we're still treated like shit now, but it would be a lot worse if it wasn't for that act, truss me on that
