Does this nigga have a CD out??  I've been checking around and havn't been able to find one.  Does anyone know if he plans on releasing one?

yeah his CD came out last year i believe.....it has Too short and E-40 all over it....i forgot the titel of the CD though..he is wearing all red and sittin by a caddy i think on the cover.......

i got confused by that line too. I found out that Captain Save Em is a fictional character of a certain type of person and kurupt is dissing people of that character.

basically it refers to the kind of man that 'saves hoes' by throwing money at them so they feel inclined to give him some.
