I JUST BOUGHT "THE CHRONIC"...CHECK THIS OUT...

Before I go out later today to go buy acouple of albums, did anyone here buy Chronic yet (remastered version)?  If so, is everything basically the same, front/back.  Can you here the sound quality?  Prolly not but I just wanted to see if anyone bought it here.  Thanks.

Alright y'all, since they didn't have "Dillinger & Young Gotti" @ Circuit City I went and bought the remastered Chronic album.  Yes, yes I did.  I'd say the most interesting things are whats on the CD...check this out:

1.  "The Chronic" is packaged in a sleeve just like "DMW" was.  It says on a sticker "remastered with Dre Day video".

2.  On the back, it reads "Executive Producer: Suge Knight"...not "Produced By Dr. Dre" like on the original Chronic.  And yes, they did list "Bitches Ain't Shit" as apart of the tracklisting on the back.

3.  Inside of the book, they write out the credits for "Bitches Ain't Shit" just like the others songs.  They don't put out Dre's shoutouts/thank you's.

LoL...I thought that was the coolest thing.  I haven't really listened to the album yet either.  I saw the rest of the re-releases and they are all packaged in sleeves except for "Dogg Food" which wasn't.  I didn't see "Murder Was The Case", "Above The Rim" or RR&GB.  Cee ya!

yeah they had murder was the case here........but......i decided i was going to get the sticky fingaz...

i will just buy the cds that i dont have.....i dont care about the videos..

Right off the bat, I can't tell the difference (sound).  I have to listen to my olde copy and hear for myself.  I have a pretty good system too.  

Also, the chronic leaf on the CD is smaller, and on the back, they don't have that old DR symbol like they did.  They have the regular one now.

I watched the "Dre Day" video and ain't nuttin special.

Did anyone else get any other of theose albums?  I know I saw "Doggystyle", "Tha Doggfather", "Makeveli", "All Eyez On Me", "DR Greatest Hits" & "Dogg Food."

"Dogg Food" was the only one I saw with no special packaging or labels.  It just said with a sticker, "remastered."  I didn't see "Above The Rim", "Murder Was The Case", RR&G or Lady Of Rage.

for sure... reminds me... about 5 albums i bought in the last few months have done similar shit to me

2001/SSLP/Mark B n Blade umm and 2 others have bloody extra tracks and videos now..

I bought that shit early, I helped blow it up!!
