When Pac was running the rap game, everyone on the west was eating and had good deals. E40, 4Tay, Tha Dogg Pound, Outlawz, MC eiht. Nowadays when these artists drop albums or singles, they are local indie releases that anyone outsite of L.a. can only buy on ebay or paypal even. In 96, 97 west coast artists had cds in stores worldwide.
