in the UK death row have a new distrubutor that has been putting out there back catalogue in sub-standard packaging.. apparently.

also..

at the end of this month Death Row are re-releasing all of its catalogue 'digitally remastered'.
def jam were the first rap label to do this.
both def jam and death row have added things like videos and remixes.

i have the remastered copy of 'g funk era' and it does sound better.
they use more modern techniques that werent available when they came out.. some people will prefer one over the other.. but i expect the older ones to fall out of availability.

If you go to hitemup.com, they have pics of the re-released "All Eyez On Me" & "7 Day Theory" albums.  The covers are the same except for a caption on the bottom.

7 day theory comes with 2 and die in LA
Death row greatest hits comes with nuthin but a g thang video.
