yea nike is willin to expand lebron james' contract if he moves to either NY or LA. lakers would be happy to have him, but they're not gonna have the cap room. if all of the knicks' fat-ass contracts expire by then, then the knicks might actually have a chance

I don't see him going to the Nets now that Kidd is gone. He's gonna wanna win titles, not end up in a situation worse than he's in now. I see him going to the Knicks.

Why not? It could be like Pippen and Jordan...LeBron would be a perfect point forward in the triangle. He just needs to improve his D.

If LeBron received a billion dollars, I doubt a couple million dollars would decide what team he'd want to go to. He'd just pick the best franchise. And everyone knows between the Lakers and Knicks which is the better franchise.

chemistry yeah it would work ( team USA anyone). but $$$$$ it wouldn't work. you can't ask kobe to sign for less and you can't ask lebron to sign for less. kobe getting resigned for less in his latter years, ala karl malone would do the trick.

Pride has a lot to do with it. LeBron won't play for 10 million a year throughout his career, no matter how much money he makes elsewhere.

I don't get the Nets hype. Yeah, a rich rapper with a terrible voice is a minority owner. BIG FUCKING DEAL. Everything else about the Nets sucks. LOL@them freeing enough cap space for LeBron and still having a contending supporter cast around him. What a joke. Devin Harris has a big contract, by the way - making around 10 million dollars in 2010.

You really don't see it happening, or you just want to picture him possibly going to the Lakers? Even if he signed a max contract with a team it would only come out to around 10% of a billion. And LeBron doesn't have too much pride. He goes to the Knicks or Clippers and his career goes down the toilet.
