M Dogg....if you are going to make definitive statements, can you please check the accuracy of them. The official line is not that there are not plentifuls of oil reserves, there are, particularly in Canada and Venezeula. Instead, the official line regarding peak oil is that it can't supply the oil fast enough to satisfy demand and then it details how the production process is different for synthetic petroleum, i.e. slower and more intensive thus putting constraints on the supply. Having said that though don't let facts get in the way of you parroting "the oil is running out" line. It's not like you have too much of a habit of getting things completely wrong now is it, like comparing the socialist Nader to Ron Paul, or saying Ron Paul wants to get rid of the dollar when instead he wants to re-establish the link between the money supply and the gold reserves. Again though don't let facts get in the way of your clueless CHANGE VOTE OBAMA THEME. The state of the world right now? interesting and scary times.
