That's been going on for over half a millinial. In 1492, when the Americas were "founded" the European had to "civiliize these savages."
How is the word right now, we are at an important point in history. The world is shaky, the environment is at the brink of pushing us off the earth, oil reserves are shrinking and no one is doing anything about it. We need to do something NOW!!!
