Just two days after news leaked that an alleged sex tape of Jennifer Lopez will soon see the light of day, the singer-actress has filed an invasion of privacy lawsuit to ensure the tape is never released.

Filed on Friday (May 11) in Los Angeles Superior Court against Marion "Suge" Knight, Death Row Records, and Suge Knight Films, the suit follows in the wake of a story on the Star tabloid's Web site on Wednesday (May 9) that reported that Knight has "a videotape of Jennifer Lopez making love to a long-time boyfriend" and that Knight "is planning to market it on the Internet."

Knight's publicist, Jonathan Brown of Brown Wolf Public Relations, confirmed to allstar on Friday that Suge Knight Films is indeed releasing a video titled J. Lo Uncut: Tha Real Story in mid-summer, but could not reveal the contents of this tape as it is still in the editing stages (allstar, May 11). On Friday, Lopez's publicist, Alan Nierob of Rogers & Cowan, told us that there is no sex tape of his client, while Knight's attorney, Jeff Lowy, declined to reveal whether J. Lo Uncut is indeed the sex tape mentioned in the Star.


I knew J. Lo was going to sue Knight.  She has every right to if it's true too.  She's at the top of her game.  Knight will do anything to make some loot.
