I think the point is you really shouldn't even compare someone who has been playing at the highest level for 3/4 years to someone who played at it for 11/12 years.

Possibly Cesc is a better technical player with more ability at age 20 than Roy Keane was but he certainly hasn't achieved as much.

Yes, they are different players but you still can't really say that Cesc is better than Keane, he has so much to prove.
