i dunno if segregating by region is a good idea or not,

theres always drama around these things, with people jacking money and stuff. but BART has a 'legit list' kind of like eBay's feedback thing. if someone wants to mantain that and manage/moderate the forum holler.

i dont think separating by region is necessary, ive dealt with folks world wide.

BARTs trade board is an excellent example of a well regulated trading area, id like to have that sorta shit here.

maybe only people that have been on here for a while could trade at first? like 100 posts or so. then get a legit list, and if new folks want to deal they have to send first. that shit would work.
