Dogg Pound or Tha Eastsidaz, since 1999
« on: May 13, 2001, 08:33:25 PM »
My choice would have been the Dogg Pound, but in recent years I think the Eastsidaz have been bringing more heat.  Have ya'll heard "I Love It", it looks like their new album is going to be just as dope as the first.

i frankly don't care to compare fools that are in the same clique, their all DPG to me. I bet if it was up to them they would just drop albums all the time that were compilations and just had different dpg peeps all over the albums, but becauee of label drama they have to dice themselves up into groups like 213,Tha Dogg Pound,Tha EastSidaz,Tha Gang, etc. If it was something like DPG vs. Wu-tang i would comply since those are 2 completely different cliques...peace-Tanjint

Tray Deee Vs Daz (Daz wins Overall because he can also produce and Rap)

Goldie Loc Vs Kurupt (Kurupt without questions)

DPG wins by a lot...

They're both awesome

KIK you should be comparing

Goldie and Daz - Both produce - the two weaker rappers - Daz wins

Tray Deee and Kurupt - both are the MCs of the duo - very close - can't decide who's better

Plus Snoop is in Tha Eastsidaz

DPG's New Album Ain't As Good As The Eastsidaz Last Album!  But I Guess That Ain't Fair.. the Real Test Will Be

Dogg Food Vs. Eastsidaz (Dogg Food Was Better)

Dillinger & Gotti Vs. Dueces And Trays (I'll BET Deuces And Trays Is Doper)

MC Wise, Kurupt Is Much Better Than Tray Dee... Hell, Daz Is Better Than Tray Deee... And Daz Ain't Even An Emcee.  But I Just Don't Think The New DPG Is That Interesting, The Album Was Good, But It Wasn't As Good As The Eastsidaz Last Album, OR The 2 Songs I've Heard Off The Eastsidaz New Album, So It's Hard To Tell.

He's better than Daz

Nah, I LOVE Tray Deee, He's Hard As Hell... For Instance, I Think He's 3 Times The MC Goldie Loc Is.

But Daz Needs To Get Credit, He's Very Good ON The Mike, He Hardly Ever Comes Wack... Some Of His Production I Don't Like, But He Always Flows.

I'd Say They're Very Similar, I Just Don't Think You Should Dismiss Daz, Either... They're REally Close, Maybe A Tie?
