Need help with a identifying a sample

I was bored yday and flicking through the channels when i came across an old transformer episode.

I used to love it as a kid so i thought WTF might aswell watch this, anyway a piece of music started playing that i swear has been used as a beat on track. The only thing is i cant think what track, im thinking it might be Outsidaz.

You can hear the track between 45 seconds and 53 seconds in this clip. anyone know what it is ?
