The first one dragged on a little bit but I think they wanted people to get a proper intro into how Hulk came about. Now that they got that out of the way, it is time for some action.

Is it the continuation of the other one? to me it looks like a new one all together.

I don't think it's a continuation.  In the first one the Hulk was a frickin' giant.  He at least looks legitimate in this trailer.
