i disagree. sure Quik did his thing on ego trippin' ( i don't expect nothing else from him, since he's working on a professional level), but nothing beats Dre's mixing for me, as i like his sound more.

There's nothing special about Teddy Riley's beats on this album...shit was wack...

I loved the track with Quik though...you can't go wrong with his production...Snoop should've used more of his beats on this album...then I would've liked it alot more...

I think "Press Play" is easily the best track on the album and Snoop should have had Quik do about a couple of more beats to round it out. As far as Quik being on par with Dre as a mixer, yeah he pretty much is the only one who can match up to Dre when it comes to mixing and producing. Mike Dean though is another one who will have that bass thumping too in the car he is pretty close to them as well.

I still like Dre the best but I still think Quik is up there though. I would have liked to hear how R&G would have sounded if Quik mixed the whole thing.
