THIS WEEK: "Sideshows." In the Bay, spontaneous mobile street parties called Sideshows have been taking over intersections and entire neighborhoods for years. Dozens of automobiles, hundreds of people, music and dancing, cars pulling donuts, and inevitably, police in riot gear... Gas, Break, Dip!
