daz falling off???
« on: April 04, 2001, 07:42:17 PM »
i know you guys will probably disagree with me but i think daz's beats have fallen off a little bit.  think about his beats on dogg food and all eyez. i think they are better than his beats on raw.  i still think raw had nice beats, i just think his earlier stuff was better.    what do you guys think????

I think his shit is still a step above everyone in the game except Dre and Quick. I thought his tracks off of The Streetz and Raw were really solid. Just not good rotation on Raw. I don't think he has fallen off. Just gotten a little out of site.

Daz has Been Through Some Tough Stuff, He's Been Livin' For Years Now With NO Love... HAHA

I Think Once He's Back In The Fold With Snoop & Dre, And Nate (Who Took Snoop's Side In The Whole Diss Thing), Daz Will Get Really Creative Again.  His Beats On Dogg Food Were Great, I'll Give Him That, BUt Some Of The Stuff On RAW Wasn't Nothin' Special, In My Opinion.  I'm Feelin' Fools Like Meechie And Scott Storch More Than Daz Now, And That's Sad...

Fell Off???
Fell off all up in your ass bitch

RAW kept it gangsta, one of the best gangsta albums a heard.

Sure, not as good as Dogg Food, but far from falling off

I think it was very spectactular! It was realy good shit. Some of those melodies were better than Dre's,not beats but melodies, there is a difference, Daz was very creative on that album and put it all together great. That shit is the epitome of a flat-out bangin ass album. Not classic but nowhere near weak=BANGIN. I don't think Daz ever fell off..he's never been the best but ever since he came out solo(production wise) on MWTC he's been up there, one of the best. There's about 2 beats on dogg food i ain't feelin, there's about 2 beats on RAW i ain't feelin..whatever ya know? Daz always has been and in my opinion still is dope, but will get even doper when he hooks up with thecrew again like Trauma was saying...peace-Tanjint

The Beats On RAW Were Good, And The Melodies Were Good, But Not As Good As 2001.... The Stuff Dre Did Like "Light Speed" And "Bang Bang" I Think Show He's One Of The Most Creative Producers Ever...

I lost my RAW cd. I thought it was good but 2001 is way better. I listen to 2001 every once in a while.
