I'm happy Pau is with us... but I will also suggest that he hits the gym and toughens himself up a little more. And when Kobe is off the floor and he's on it, he needs to be the aggressive General...

He's not an athletic monster, but he does have the length, size, skill, plus the excellent basketball IQ, to be a great big for years to come. Remember, the greatest center ever, Bill Russell, was also one of the thinnest centers ever.
