ah, yeh he does mention meech. cool! this definately sounds like a meech beat, but it sounds like its possibly co-produced by quaze.
quaze has co-produced tracks with meech before in the past.

The disses on You Know What Im Throwin Up were pretty general "Fuck Death Row" "Suge's a fat ass" type disses. Nothing real special. Slap Back was alright. I would've taken this It's So Hard track over all of those.
