It's a shame how artist almost never match there first work. I wish the dogg pound would put out something as good as dogg food but it won't happen. I can't complain, atleast they are coming back together for another album.

Isn't Malik The One That Killed That Guy With Snoop Dogg? I Think He Was Snoop's Bodyguard, But I'm Not Sure.

Malik and Jamaal were in a group called Illegal. The Malik that was Snoop's bodyguard was Mckinley Lee.

Mr. Malik aka Hershey Loc was on Sick Wid It Records (E40s label) for a minute and was supposed to have an album out but apparently the paperwork was screwed up so he left. He's been on a number of compilation albums, some tracks you can find if you look include Big Bank, Red Hot, We Ride, and Hennessee.
I have no idea what he's doing now, last i heard from his was on Snoop's song Purple.
and the DPG album will be cavi, im not even gonna compare it to Dogg food cuz its a new era and im sure tha pound will come with sumthin new and fresh for 2001, but keepin it G of course
