I wonder how you all can ignore "May I", the first track. Snoop's flow is vicious on that one and Soopa came tight on the beat.

01 may i.mp3 - 4.51MB

Hell yeah!

I got this CD the week it came out, and was pleasantly damn surprised... May I, too Black, My Favorite Color, C-Walk, County Bluez, and my absoulute favorite track from that shit "I will Survive"

Tracks from that album get bumped on my Ipod, daily.

Great DR compilation of unused Snoop stuff....

Cool, glad someone else likes that joint too. It seems like nobody likes the same cuts as I do. I thought I was crazy...

I never really considered it to be a compilation wven though Im aware that Snoop himself didnt exec. produced it.

I like the track 'Gangsta Walk', very hypnotic rhythm. And 'Me and My Dogg's sounds like from the Doggfather-era.

all of the tracks were from "Tha Doggfather" era, recorded in '96 and '97. "Hit Rocks" was a leftover from that album.

Actually "Hit Rocks" is from the unreleased "LBC Crew" album. It was on the tracklisting.

Funny thing is I have reason to believe that promo might be fake, due to Death Row's catalog list the L.B.C. Crew album as unfinished.

to be honest i never really gave this a chance when it came out i was too busy listening to last meal.

I thought Dead Man Walkin was way better than the Last Meal, I still listen to DMW, but never listen to the Last Meal, I don't know why so many people dig that album

I remember the big debate was what album was better. This or Last Meal.

I like Last Meal but it kind of drags and I have to skip over some fillers

Dead Man Walkin has less tracks so I can pretty much listen to it all the way through

that's pretty much how I feel.

Kokane was on 8 tracks and I got tired of his choruses. it makes every song sound too alike.

Last Meal for me. That one freestyle they had of Snoop, he sounded like he was half drunk was horrible. Couple dope cuts and alot of average ones. The production on LM was crazy. It did tail off towards the end of the album but it's still one of my favs.

props Johnny, too much Kokane for me too

he was dope on a few tracks I gotta admit but it sounded like a Snoop/Kokane collabo album
