I remember Dr. Dre, Aftermath, and Insterscope got stung with a 500 million $ (yes indeed!) laswsuit back in the days over "Addictive" when an Hindi musician said Quik used an uncleared sample of that song ... A  judge later ruled that the album was not to be sold with out being stickered with proper credits for Mangeshkar (the artist)
