I don't think DR's really back. I mean 2Pac is their only sellin artist. But it's dope he's #1 cuz though some beats could be better it's one of the best albums I bought in the last time. Hope that fact's gonna prevent tha Row from fuckin' his songs up by puttin some of their untalented artists on 'em or havin some punks make new beats for 'em.

I know. Doggystyle is almost a mirror image of how Death Row should have been today if everything went right.

I think it's because Snoop was still down with some of the old cats from DR's earlier days, and now that Doggystyle records has launched, he's "rescuing" the talent out of them.  In my opinion the only truly tight rapper on DR's roster, THAT IS ALIVE, is Crooked I.  UTEOT, is a great album, a lot better then the Pac shit DR released last time around.  But hey, a dollar's a dollar, either way DR gets it I'm sure Suge doesn't give a fuck.

yea, Crooked I iz tha only good 1 that'z alive.
Dre didn't keep in touch wit a lot of tha rapperz from DR when he left, and that'z y they aint goin 2 Aftermath.  he only told a few people that he wanted 2 stay tight wit that he wuz leavin.

I don't think DeathRow records is back by any means. "Until the End of Time" was a good album and considering a legend like Pac was on it that's not saying to much. Any Pac album could sell at anytime on any label. Pacs lyrics could be heard over elevator music and still sell a million units. In my opinion what makes Pac so dope is that I think the majority of his fans listen to his voice and the meaning of his lyrics more then the beats. That's an amazing feat for an artist any artist to accomplish. As for DeathRow well they have yet to prove that can sell a successful album with an ARTIST that is CURRENTLY on the label and/or ALIVE. As for "Until the End of Time" I thought Hutch FUCKED UP the beats, seriously what an oldschool/washed up producer, he really had no business going anywhere near Pacs music. I don't think the Row can survive with CROOKED I and Hutch producing. As far as Jewell she has bounced from Death Row I hear Tha Realest and Swoop G are next....

LOL You're Unbelievable.  I Can't Believe You Don't Like Cold187um's Production On That Album... And HE'S Oldschool, But Pac Isn't, When He's Been Dead For 5 Years? Pleazeeee.

I thought Old School has been established by anything before Straight Outta Compton???It makes sense, considering most of the shit we listen to is gangsta rap, and Gangsta rap ain't changed much since S.O.C....and if doggystyle truly was a mirrior image of what DR should be today,it would have Dre...peace-Tanjint

It KINDA Has Dre, It's Down With Dre... Dogg Food Didn't Have Dre, It WAs Just Down With Dre, Ya Know?

Dre Don't HAVE To Be All Over Every Album... If That Makes Or Breaks An Album Or Label, That Means Dre IS The Album, Or The Label.
