I first heard him off the song "Like a Star".
 
I got the album and it's been sitting....  So I decide to listen. 

He wrote and produced this album himself I just read.  And damn he has talent.  Some of his beats sound really Timbo-ish.  Very crisp.  The melodies are what R&B today should sound like.  The lyrics are heartfelt.  Take a sample.
