my top songs from that cd have been Get Down, Black Merecedes, and Intro for Roger... play the shit out of those and they make most of my mixtapes . ....  Get Up, Califronia, Til  Jesus Comes, they are all good..there isnt one song off that album that i dont like.

one thing about Intro for Roger, i like to play that sooo loud that during the hook... that Beeping sound killls me ears...i wish it wasnt so "high"

NOW, SOMEBODY POST "TOTAL AUTO", IT'S INSTRUMENTAL, AND "SHO SHOT" AKA "DOUGH"

BEST SONG ON TRAUMA = JET SET      Thats the DJ Quik sound that the Westcoast needs more of !!!!!  there is like 2 or 3 other songs that are cool but this album was weak for the most part .

I could pretty much say anything on the album aside from "Catch 22."  That's a record that grew on me a little but definitely my least favorite.

For me it's a toss up between "Ladies & Thugs" and "Black Mercedes"
