Even though this was released as a single, I feel this is an underrated Mack 1-0 song that should have been a bigger hit than it was; the beat is just too perfect. Mack Dime spit some real shit in this song & it's dope how he talks about his relationship with God among other things. The hook by Young Soprano is dope and fits the song very well. I consider this track one of his best in this decade that he's done. Even the speech by the pastor at the end is bangin'.

^Yeah that one is a banger too. And I agree, none of the songs on the album are filler or bad at all. "Da Bizness", "Like This", "The Testimony", "Step Yo Game Up", "My Chucks", "Ride Out" & "By The Bar" are my favorites from "Hustla's Handbook".

i know that Mack 10 gets a lot of love on this board and i'm not saying that it's wrong, but i just don't consider it a loss that mack 10 is not in the westside connection anymore; he's average imo.

I never really considered Mack a lyricist or anything like that, but this album was the first without ANY Cube influence on it. So I was interested to hear and see how the album would flow and be without him on it. And I thought alot of the beats were on point and Mack seemed to really take his time on his rhymes on this one.

Yeah it is. And that beef really killed the momentum they were building on the 2nd WSC album.
