It's the 1st of the month, and its time for some Government Assistance. Perfecto has been providing us with exclusive music on the 1st and 15th of every month. Today, Fecto teams up with DJ Strong to drop two new joints.

First, we have an freestyle over Notorious B.I.G's beat from the song "The What". Fecto flips this classic beat with a new west feel. He wanted his fans to know that this freestyle here on Dubcnn has 32 extra bars than the version on his myspace page.


On this freestyle, he takes a shot at Jeremiah Wright, speaks on the Sean Bell verdict and current economic recession while keepin' it way fly.
