Some of you may have noticed I've been M.I.A. the past week, that's because I recently had surgery done on my back and I've been tied to the bed. I'm slowly but surely getting back into the mix of things and wanted to start it off with an audio update with some of the latest that we have recieved this past week.

Problem, who recently signed a major deal with Universal Republic, released a huge remix to his club banger "I'm Toe Up". The original version was premiered on dubcnn a few months ago, so it's only right we bring you the remix as well. This ain't no regular remix though, Problem cooked up something big.

DJ Quik, Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, Terrace Martin and DJ Felli Fel join the Compton rapper on the "I'm Toe Up" remix, over a remixed beat courtesy of Terrace Martin. Check it out below, and be on the lookout for major moves coming from Problem in 2008, he's only getting started:

Next up is a new heatrock from Terrace Martin, who got Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, DJ Quik and DJ Drama to join him on "Bounce, Rock, Skate". DJ Skee and DJ Reflex world premiered the track yesterday on their show, and we have it here on dubcnn for those of you who missed it. It's great to see West Coast artists gathering for big collabo tracks like these two, and on a side note, it's great to hear DJ Quik rapping more again. Check "Bounce, Rock, Skate" below:

Next up is something new from the Strong Arm Steady gang. Mitchy Slick ain't featured on the following track, but Talib Kweli joins Krondon and Phil Da Agony on the following freestyle track, simply titled "Tha Gang", which you can download below. You can also grab a new Krondon solo called "A Million", produced by DJ Khalil, off Kron's upcoming solo album "Black Gold":

We also have something new from Portland rapper Cool Nutz, a collaboration with the currently incarcerated Ras Kass. The track is called "Killin' Em" and is set to be featured on Cool Nutz' new album "King Cool Nutz", which is in stores now. Ras Kass is also set to release his upcoming project "Institutionalized 2" while in jail, more news on that soon. Check out "Killin' Em" below, produced by Bosko:
