A good spyware destroyer program

I keep getting this message popping up on my pc saying I have spyware, but it's spyware, and my anti-virus is not detecting this one. Any suggestions?

yea man, and from now on be careful of the sites you visit man. don't open any suspicious emails either.

I only use Spybot - Search and Destroy for an anti-spyware program.

anti-virus: Avast!

firewall: Zone Alarm.

my computer runs great.
