I'm not from UK, but I've been for like 2 weeks and they didn't serve beer warm.

I'm not from the UK either, but that's a cliché...there's a tradition of drinking beer warm (not coffee-warm, just not cooled down) in England/the UK, but those are special kinds of beer, nothing you'd get anywhere outside the UK, and they sure have a lot of "normal" beers there which they drink as cold as anyone else. No one's gonna drink warm Budweiser or Corona.
