not that i know of; but the fact that Dre has worked/works on Eminem's next album definitely delayed detox yes.

i don't think detox has ever been pushed back in terms of being ready to release for a certain timeframe...it never has been and still isn't finished! i think once its very near completion we'll start to hear a lot more rumbling...
