Capitol Sued For Ice Cube's Jackin 4 Beats Song.... 17 years later??

Capitol is being sued for using the Turtles "Buzzsaw" sample in Cube's Jackin 4 Beats... Buzzsaw is the song that D-Nice used for "Call Me D-Nice" which Cube used as the opening beat for his classic jam.

D-Nice is now working as a graphics designer and a photographer. He's designed some really cool sites and he takes really dope pics.

yeah.. he's built a few sites for some artists... I spoke to him a few months ago about designing one for a certain artist, but he told me that he's just focusing on photography at the moment, but he gave me a referral...

^Props, and anyone got those two D-Nice lp's from back in da 90's.

I remember D-Nice in the movie 'Im Gonna get You Sucka' cant remember too clearly but i think was he walking around mixing on portable decks around his neck at the end lol
