Sriracha good for Chinese food and Tapatio I guess is ok if all you eat is Mexican food, but the best hot sauce hands down is Texas Pete.

tapatio is overrated, i only eat it on chicken or blan food. tapatio doesn't mix with other foods' tastes it just overpowers them and shit. Tabasco can go onto anything cuz it's more versatile with it's ability to meld with other flavor's.....one of my favorite meals:
