I voted yes... Snoop had lost his touch for a few years, and in 99 and 2000 he started to get his swagger back. And Tray Dee has always been one of the most under-rated talents on the West Coast, he's one of the key ingredients that made the West Coast great....also I love how they kept all the production and guest artists as mostly in house and close associates and affiliates, this provided great continuity and consistency throughout the album.
