Some curious things: the interview was done before the Lakers vs Phoenix Easter game of last season. He said he touches his t-shirt before every free throws to avoid bad luck (you can see the movement at around 3:16 in the first video). Talking about Phil Jackson, he says their relationship drastically made a 180° turn after that book and after they reunited. Now they are really close, they talks about everything (including life, kids, family, vacations..) and it's all good now. He says Dirk deserved (last year) MVP because he led Mavs to 62-63 wins. Asked about who's the adversay he respects more, he says he respects everybody, cause the NBA is the best league in the world, and you gotta respect everybody. Asked who's the best player ever he says Jordan and Magic, they are his idols. Asked how the fact he didn't attend college (basketball) changed his career, he says he's happy with this situation cause he had the chance to join the Lakers and to win titles. Asked about who's the thoughtest player he has ever faced (defended), he says Jordan, Drexler, Stockton, my father (lol)... He works a lot in the gym: from 6 to 8 hours everyday, 1000 shots a day... When he's not playing basketball he loves to stay with his two daughters and play videogames, go to the cinema, and go to the beach... Asked how he felt after that streak with 50+ points scored in consecutive games he says he didn't even had energy to think: he was just hella tired and he had to sleep a lot... He was an AC Milan (italian football) fan.. LMAO! Asked what's the best italian food he says 300 things LMAO. Italian Pizza is the best, anyway... Asked about Phil Jackson giving books to his players he says he likes it a lot, cause Phil treats his players like men, not only like basketball players. He wants them to think, he wants to talk with them, he doesn't just coach them how to play basketball.
