T-Pain aint bad, nobody can really do it like he does though. Cause his natural singing voice is already similar to that auto-tune shit, the auto-tune just hella deapens it. T-Pain does kill some hooks but he also does get annoying. I just dont like it when on the radio all i hear is him, he needs to stop over saturating himself like that lol!!!!

Nah T Pains the best at doing that shizzle so far. His hooks are hit and miss. Kiss Kiss, Shawty, She Got It, Low etc were hot but Get Loose, Im So Hood, Boss and that new Wayne song suck. The artists you mentioned are all big names so dont need T Pain to sell a single, whereas people like 2 Pistols, Florida, Plies, Rick Ross etc need him.
