The Spurs didn't lose the series because of 1 call.  That being said, it was obvious that it was a foul.  I've not heard anyone say that it wasn't a foul.  I think the league had to speak on it because it was such a horrendous no call in a crucial situation.

LOL...it wasn't "such a horrendous" call. Popovich himself said he wouldn't have called that. The officials never call touch fouls to end the game. I see way worse than this all the time, yet the league never feels the need to issue a statement.
