The Lakers were the only team to deal with injuries.  Manu dealt with a bad ankle during the playoffs...Spurs could of beat LA if he was healthy...

The Lakers didn't have much experience in the Finals.  I don't believe any of the Celtics starters had played in a Finals before. 

Kobe played great.  It was the rest of the team.  Yeah, he really did step up his game during the Finals.

And don't forget about all the what-ifs that NIK has.
