I'm not certain if the 'W" upside means is a gang sign-Perhaps Pac was just saying that cuz of his Hatred for Biggie!
As for Faith Evans not being credited-Again, That is up to the Producer/Rapper/Management Team. If they feel that she should not get credited that's how it will be.
